2. General information on data processing
We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services – on the basis of consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures ((b)), or on the basis of a legitimate interest ((f)).
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider (hosting provider and address to be added). A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the host.
4. Server log files
The provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files (browser type, operating system, referrer URL, host name, time of the request, IP address). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Deletion after 7 to 30 days at the latest.
5. Fonts (locally hosted)
This website uses the fonts »Fraunces« and »Inter«. These are hosted locally on our server; no connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts) is established.
6. Contacting us
If you contact us via the form or by e-mail, your details (name, e-mail address, message) are stored in order to process the enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR.
7. Cookies
This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. Only technically necessary data is processed.
8. Your rights
You have the right to information (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR).
9. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg, Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart.
